Hi! I’m Naia Riley (she/they) — a trauma-informed dietitian with a passion for helping people feel at home in their bodies. I specialize in supporting folks with disordered eating, digestive issues, and trauma recovery — especially those who’ve felt unseen, unheard, or shamed in traditional care.
I believe healing is personal and can be flexible over time. That’s why I center connection in everything I do — not just to the body, but to emotions, identity, and self-trust. You’re not just a diagnosis or a symptom to me. You’re a whole person with a story, and all of you is welcome here.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve been a leader within a women’s healing group for nearly a decade — a community that uses self-growth practices and intuitive movement to heal the body, mind, and spirit. My background also includes helping launch The Luminous Healing Center, an intensive outpatient program for trauma recovery.
Clients often tell me that my approach feels like a breath of fresh air: grounding, nonjudgmental, playful at times, and deeply attuned. I bring lived recovery experience, professional training, and a whole lot of heart into our work — blending science, story, and soul in service of your healing.
